Andrew Oman is a strategic lightning rod of creation and execution. He has a gift to see opportunities and gaps and zealously validates those opportunities with a refined validation approach he calls "Structured Intelligence." As a serial entrepreneur he has learned to explore with wisdom. Fail fast, act with excitement, and most importantly harness "Shakti" to be in a state of constant creation. Coming from punk rock roots he despises homogeny, and lack of originality in thinking, expressing, and doing. His energy is meant to attract and repel in equal measure, creating an orientation for his "tribe." This chapter of his life is dedicated to creating artifacts and offering business support to healers, artists, creatives and other entrepreneurs that are focused on doing good in the world. Nathan Raffel is a passionate autodidact and polymath. The son of a translator, he fell in love early-on with diving headfirst into foreign languages and systems. He is a creative problem solver whose pattern recognition kicks in when he is immersed in the unknown. The perspective gained from that immersion drives what he does at 9Fold: breaking it down and rebuilding it into something novel and new. After 20 years as an entrepreneur he chose to apprentice and hone his gifts with deep presence. 9Fold created a symbiotic environment that welcomed his unique approach and in which those freshly-honed talents now flourish. Above all, he is a compulsively creative force of nature, driven by a curiosity that is equally child-like and insatiable.

Darrik Cheney knows that everything from organizations to civilizations fall apart for one reason: people stop understanding each other. So he studies the species. Anthropology trained him to watch patterns, power, and behavior in the wild. It also taught him his favorite subject: humans. His devotion to Rock 'n' roll imbued him with the understanding that energy matters and conformity kills culture. Darrik's place is on the frontlines of the creative process. He works systems that hold under pressure and bring calm to complexity. He pays attention to how people think, how they work, and what they need to do their best work. For him, process is simply a way to protect the human experience. In an era reshaped daily by technology, he carries the Promethean reminder: the fire is in our hands. Mankind is not destined to be surpassed by technology, but to master it with creativity, strategy, and love for the human tribe.
